SPONY Annual Meeting 2026

The Smith Park of NY (SPONY) Annual Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, March 21st, 2026 at 10am EST

Annual Meeting of the Membership of Smith Park

All members should be advised that the Annual Meeting of Smith Park of New York, Inc is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 10am EST. 

 

Our Board of Directors and Executive Camp Director will present committee updates and answer member questions. The meeting will be held virtually using Google Meet, and members can cast their vote on motions using the Ballot & Proxy Form at the bottom of this page until 10:30am EST on the day of the meeting.

There are five (5) motions on the ballot this year:

  1. Motion to approve John Fisher as Director of the Board for SPONY for a term of 3 years beginning March 21, 2026.
     

  2. Motion to approve Michael Bruns as Director of the Board for SPONY for a term of 3 years beginning March 21, 2026.
     

  3. Motion to approve Louise Van Alstyne as Director of the Board for SPONY for a term of 3 years beginning March 21, 2026.
     

  4. Motion to approve Isaac Graves as Director of the Board for SPONY for a term of 3 years beginning March 21, 2026.
     

  5. Motion to approve Anni-Maxine Quaye as Director of the Board for SPONY for a term of 3 years beginning March 21, 2026.

Smith Park Annual Meeting Ballot

& Proxy Form

This is the ballot to be used by individual members of Smith Park of NY (SPONY) for the vote at the Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 21st, 2026. Voting ballots are collected until 10:30am on the day of the meeting. Voting will also be available, live online, during the Smith Park Annual Meeting, which begins at 10am the same day.


Note: An individual member is a person eighteen (18) years or older who has made a membership contribution as determined by resolution approved by a majority of the Board of Directors within the previous (12) months prior to the Annual Meeting of the Members and who affirmatively renews such membership at the Annual Meeting of Members (either in person or by proxy).
